What I do

I run Blossom Ecom with my co-founder Camila. We take over a brand's Klaviyo account and run the whole retention program: lifecycle flows, campaign calendars, segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing. The price is published and the guarantee is in writing: +20% attributed Klaviyo revenue in 90 days, or we work free until it's achieved.

Since 2019 we've worked with more than 150 ecommerce brands and generated over $110M in attributed retention revenue for them.

Background

• Born in Cali, Colombia in 1995. Raised in Miami from 1999.
• 2015: Co-founded ENTRPRNR, a lifestyle clothing brand, while in college. Bootstrapped it past $1M in total sales and sold it in 2019.
• 2019: Founded Blossom Ecom.
• 2022: Signed the agency's first three 8-figure brands.
• 2023 to 2026: Ran the agency remotely from Buenos Aires, Europe, and Rio de Janeiro, then moved back to Miami in August 2026.
• 2024: Finished a full Ironman in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
